Hi folks, wow, wow and wow I can’t believe we've done it, what an amazing experience China was. All six of us Team Sunshine laughed, cried, sang and danced, in 40 degree heat it was an incredible 10 days. Despite my pneumonia earlier in the year and Joanne having a broken toe we overcame everything to walk the Great Wall of China. Sun is Shining for our Toddle

A MASS toddle and a contest to name our monkey mascot have kicked off the Sunshine Fund’s drive to raise £25,000 this June. Cobalt Business Park, in North Tyneside, held the site-wide competition to mark the start of the charity’s Go Bananas campaign. The £300 raised will help the Sunshine Fund supply specialist equipment for North East children with disabilities. Cobalt Name the Monkey

Cobalt Business Park companies are holding a Name the Monkey competition to name the Sunshine Fund Go Bananas official mascot throughout May. The prizes include a DFDS break to Amsterdam for two, Spa vouchers and a bottle of wine. Throughout June, the charity is asking the whole of the North East to join the Sunshine Fund and The Chronicle readers to raise £25k to supply specialist equipment for local children with disabilities.
