We are very lucky to have fantastic support from our Patrons,

Ant & Dec, Pam Royle and Stephen Miller.

Ant and Dec

Ant: “As Patrons of the Sunshine Fund we were honoured to meet some of the wonderful families whom have benefited from the fund. We are delighted to see the appeal we launched has reached the two thirds mark, so a huge thank you to the individuals and businesses who have raised the money to date.”

Dec: But that’s not the end, there are more local children with disabilities that still need your support for much needed equipment to change their lives so please help us by pledging as much as you can.

Stephen Miller

“I support the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund because being someone with Cerebral Palsy I know about all the difficulties you experience growing up with a disability, such as the need for specialist equipment to help with daily living. When I was growing up I needed things like a three wheeler bike, computer adaptations and specialist sport’s equipment. All these things can be very hard and expensive to get. The Charity helps children and their parents in the North East to get the things they need to enjoy their life. I am very proud to be a Patron and supporter of the Sunshine Fund and help out with their fund raising events as much as I can.”

Pam Royle

“It is always good to meet the young people and their families the Sunshine fund helps. The charity makes a big difference to their lives. It is a pleasure to see their delight when they take delivery of their very own specialist equipment. I am privileged to be a Patron and supporter of the fund and would like to thank everyone who raises money to help. Thank you.”
