A MASS toddle and a contest to name our monkey mascot have kicked off the Sunshine Fund’s drive to raise £25,000 this June.
Cobalt Business Park, in North Tyneside, held the site-wide competition to mark the start of the charity’s Go Bananas campaign.

The prizes include a DFDS break to Amsterdam for two, Spa vouchers and a bottle of wine.
Throughout June, the charity is asking the whole of the North East to join the Sunshine Fund and The Chronicle readers to raise £25k to supply specialist equipment for local children with disabilities.
