FORMER Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison is putting her best foot forward for this little girl.
The reality TV personality, who hosts Judge Geordie on MTV, will take part in The Chronicle Sunshine Fund Run tomorrow on Newcastle’s Quayside.
The 5k race is part of the charity’s ongoing Go Bananas drive, which aims to raise £50,000 in June to provide equipment for 10 North East disabled children and the Percy Hedley Sports Academy.
Among the youngsters hoping for life-changing help is nine-year-old Aysha Matthews, of Camperdown, North Tyneside, who has cerebral palsy. Her family have asked for a £1,100 trike.

She said: “I want to do this run to raise awareness for an amazing charity and a cause that’s close to my heart.
“The Sunshine Fund raises money for disabled children in the North East and I wanted to do my bit.
“In particular there is a beautiful little girl called Aysha who needs £1,100 for a trike - her mam has said that her little brother can’t get a bike until she can, so I want to raise at least that amount to help this brave and amazing family.”
Vicky, who says she is feeling the pressure having released her own fitness DVD, added: “I’ve done a few practice runs and been averaging about 31 minutes for the distance but I’m hoping I can get round in 25 to 30 on the day.
“I know it’s a fun run and I’m not going to push myself too hard but with all the press I’ve had for my fitness DVD and nutrition range I don’t want to show myself up!”
Rebecca Jama, marketing and events executive for the Sunshine Fund, said: “We have now raised just over £30,000 which is incredible, however we do still have another £20,000 to raise.”
